This design of menu incorporates a Java applet, cross compliant with all the leading browser distributors, however while the menu loads the user is required to wait. This can be a drawback. Upon any modifications of the menu, the entire applet has to reload a second time before visability remains constant. Images can be modified on this menu, however all the images must remain in the same folder as the applet files. Once loaded on a set of the pages the applet operates instantaneously. |
